Problem analysis
The problem.
A delivery bag is more than a container. It becomes part of the rider's body, movement, and workflow.
Existing delivery bags prioritize capacity, but create compromises in ergonomics, food stability, access, and handling.
When the bag moves to the bike — the same mass becomes part of the rider's balance while riding.

Heavy load. Real impact.
The existing delivery bag creates unnecessary physical strain because of its size, mass, and position relative to the user's body.

The bag hangs away from the body, increasing imbalance and affecting natural movement.

The existing bag provides a large volume, but does not sufficiently control how different food containers are positioned and separated during movement.

From problem to product logic.
The concept translated the delivery bag from a single container into a structured system built around the rider's workflow.
